My name is Richard, im 22 and from Birmingham - United Kingdom. I work ford Ford in Warwick and in the last year or so have discovered a new hobby and love, road cylcing.
I was introduced to the sport through my family mainly, my sister started it and soon everyone had followed and got the buzz! With my sister and brother in law cylcing to work through the "cylcle to work scheme" and getting some serious miles in on the weekends, i decided to get serious.
A good friend of mine became my clycing "partner" so to speak. Sounds weird but we trained together and organised to go to cycling events. Most recently we took part in the 2013 British Heart Foundations London to Brighton cylce ride.
I continue to enjoy cycling and push myself further and further with the people around me. Cycling in the UK has exploded and its great to be a part of it.
